Although we didn't stay at this hotel (we were in a villa over the road) I can't rate the other reviews on the hotel rooms. Unfortunately we were very dissapointed with our stay in November, and it was all of 4 hours before we checked out. Dark, dark room with the ceiling coming in on top of us. Mould in the shower tray. No reception on the TV. scuffed furniture. The 'sea view' requested turned out to be a view of a giant palm tree.... more

My husband and our two children stayed at Elba Palace for a week over new Year. Whilst it is an amazing looking hotel and very impressive on arrival there are hardly any staff. Welcome reception, lovely large bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, large south facing balcony with super views of pool and golf course, quiet location and imaculate communial areas. Lovely hotel with rooms were of a very high standard as you would expect for a 5 * hotel. However....pool area was spacious but not cleaned too often. We’ve been to Elba Palace Golf 3 times already and planning to go back there this year again. It’s a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. The hotel is small so you can have your privacy there. It is definitely 5 star hotel. Can only recommend it. more
