Me and my girlfriend chose this with it being the cheapest on the resort. We dont mind basic hotels/apartments and just use the accommodation as a place to sleep and get ready for the day or night. However this place was terrible, the receptionist was really rude on multiple occasions. The beds a re really uncomfortable. We paid for a... More

I always rate accommodation based on value for money. If you look at my other reviews you will find that I have stayed in basic accommodation on quite a number of times and given them a great score. After reading the reviews prior to travel myself and my partner were both a little worried about staying at Castillo Beach... And... More

Dear Hayleyand, Lying can also cause ill, as you say in your book was staying in "Park" (basic apartment) because so yourself specifies, however you want to go to a top quality apartment located in the "Moon". You were informed and offered the possibility of paying an upgrade, but declined and finally went to a 4-star hotel, which may be... More

Hi everyone, Sorry for the confusion. I have not yet visited this resort (I will be there in September) but I didn't know how to ask a question so I did it in the review format. I am just wondering if anyone could tell me: (1) What appliances/utensils are in the one bedroom bungalows. (2) If there is a hairdryer... More

If you are looking for four star luxury this is not the place for you. However, if you want clean, comfortable accommodation with plenty of space and a range of facilities on site at excellent prices, then this is it. We stayed here for three weeks between 18 April and 9 May and paid only £326.00, booking through Low Cost... More

OK, I was a bit worried. A bungalow apartment for up to 4 persons for only £128 on booking.com surely could not be worth the risk. The pics looked ok on the websites I visited, even if some of the reviews were less than generous. But, hey ho, it was only for a week and the weather was going to... More

First of all, this was a Thomson Late Deal,we stayed 22nd April for 1 week and for us it was excellent. The complex is divided into 4 areas, Moon,Lake,Park, and Vista.I think most of the poor reviews are for the Park area, although i dont know. WE were allocated Bungalow 40 in Moon area,it was brilliant, modernised, fitted oven and microwave, the apartment had everything utensil... More

We didn't pay much for this accommodation and so we didn't expect much. It is a bit further away from the beach but we knew that and liked to do some extra walking as a part of our five a day. Our towels were changed almost daily and we even had to say no. I really appreciated the gym. It... More

A really odd week and I am trying to be fair. Initial impressions were dire; so much so that we spent the first evening looking at trading up to 'better' alternatives. Instead we decided to hire a car (Cicar rentals - excellent) and it was money well spent. The problems with the room were...grubby (dirt swept under the sofa, ants,... More

We went on our honey moon here and honestly we loved it the room was always clean and lovely and it's just in the right place to explore! The staff were all very nice and even sent a nice wine to our room as a honeymoon gift. We plan to go back on our anniversary. Wonderful place to be especially... More

This is a very, very basic accommodation. The beds regrettably never saw better days, the shower was constantly blocked meaning one of us could shower in the mornings, one in the evenings, only in order to save flooding the bungalow. The pool was absolutely freezing cold, impossible to stand in let alone swim in
