We stayed here for five nights in July 2014. The appartment was very big, with all the utilies and comforts that we could have needed (r/c air con, big tv, dvd and usb reader, microwave, fridge, etc). The location is great, 50 mts from the beach, very close to the center of broadbeach, to the shops and to the bus... More

The Hi Ho is very low budget accommodation and you get what you pay for. Location is great if you are not intending to stay in unit much. Our unit was cleanish - but carpet, lounge and windows needed a clean. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Furnishings very standard, and only one two seater lounge to sit on. I would... More

3 nights in 402. Comes with r/c aircon. Great location, 50 metres from beach. Older building and showing signs of age but clean comfortable room. you get some building noises and voice echoes but nothing to disturb sleep. managers very friendly and with local knowledge if needed. Breakfast ok at nearby Sage cafe, eggs /bacon/coffee. Overall a pleasant good value... More

Certainly located in a great spot opposite the beach and just down the street from all the Broadbeach restaurants and cafe's but its from yesteryear imo. The rooms which have most facilities expected in a rental apartment are very old and tired and not really suitable for a family looking for quality and a pleasant stay. On arrival, we noticed... Absolutely wonderful! Best holiday I've ever had, traveled to Aus from rainy England to be greeted by beautiful weather! Unfortunately when we arrived we were put in the wrong room which was put right straight away by the owner, UPGRADING us to a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony pool/sea view, thrilled! I had awful sickness when I arrived... More

Don't mind staying in older places and don't mind spending extra to get a lovely experience but when you pay top dollar for an older place ....lets face it ....you expect it to be clean ! Floors sticky, windows absolutely filthy , tea cups in cupboard dirty, plates still wet from last visitor . Furniture very stained and tacky .

Stayed here as a family in early december 2013. The apartments are two bedroom and self contained. They are quite old and the apartments have different furnishing and fittings so some are more modern than others. We were split in two apartments on the 5th and 6th floor and the view was amazing , we looked out onto a park... More

When we booked Hi Ho we were not expecting much as the cost was very cheap for Gold Coast accommodation. The place is not new but was clean enough and the rooms we had were well laid out. The location and views from our two rooms on the 5th and 6th floor was fantastic as we looked over a park... More

An apartment block right in the centre of Broadbeach. Great clean apartments with sunny deck. Close to shops, pacific fair, jupitors casino and beach just across the road. The managers are just wonderful and treat everyone really special and like family. This was our 8th year in a row staying there and already looking forward to going back next year.Apartments... More

My sister and I stayed for 1 night,Saturday September 21st 2013 having booked on line with Booking.com. We paid $199.00 for a Superior 1 bedroom apartment. We were taken by surprise at how dirty the shower recess was, obviously not cleaned for some time by the buildup of scum and discoloration on the lower tiles and shower door hinge. The kitchen...
