We were booked into on of the top floor apartments but first one the aircon didn't work in the bedroom so they quickly fixed this and moved us. Excellent service. The first room was really dated BUT still was well equipped and had all you needed. The new room thou was awesome! Aircon worked great and had all you could... More

We needed somewhere to stay when the airport shut down, paid 140. Easily booked in over the web on phone. Checked in, please girl at desk. Quite out-dated though. Some drunk knocked on the door at night which wasn't nice. Needs an upgrade to compete. Has all required facilities for an apartment. Close to beach, a bit further to restaurant... More

We have to go down the Gold Coast for a birthday party and we needed a hotel close to the casino clean and neat. Unfortunately this place would be 11/2 to maybe 2 star, if that. We were on the third floor and all night we could count the traffic. Pick a hotel that can put you at level 16... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Once we walked in it stunk because the carpet in one of the rooms were wet. The 2nd room had no windows, the toilet had no lock. If we needed more towels we had to take our dirty towels down to reception & get new ones. The aircon was crap & the light in the... More

The room was very noisy, you could not have the sliding door or windows open to let in fresh air because of the noise, the bed was very uncomfortable as well. We moved to a much quieter and nicer accommodation for the same price.

Omg. Never again. First the lounge was broken and you could not sit on it. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and so nasty to sleep on. There is NO air con in the bed room and it is like sleeping in a sauna. You could not turn the tv on or off with the remote as it... More

We paid $1040 for 4 nights from Jan 12-16. Location is its best asset and undercover parking is available. I booked a specific unit which was a ground floor unit as i had family members who didn't cope with heights. I booked in person,6 months prior and was told that i definitely had the requested room. When we arrived i... More

My wife and I stayed five nights at Travel Inn Broadbeach just before Christmas 2014 and our experience may help others wondering why the TA reviews are so variable. First, the property is around 40 years old and most, if not all, of the individual apartments have been sold off to investors. Some of the units have been upgraded and... More

Have stayed here twice and it's always great value for money. Rooms are gorgeous considering how cheap it is and staff go above and beyond to accomodate :) Highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting the coast. Walking distance to Pacific Fair and Draculas!

Basic hotel room which accomodated our weary bodies. The facilities seemed a bit strange in the set up with the office round by the carpark but all the staff we encountered were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Not the Hilton but for the price, a good deal.
