Thanks for the lovely stay at your warm, comfortable motels. The grounds are a beautiful place to relax in and our unit was just what we needed for our weekend stay. Hosts, Sally and Max were very welcoming and nothing was a bother. Thanks again for a pleasant.stay. I'll be back!

Very friendly hosts, lovely welcome. Beautiful sunny gardens...nice grass! Quiet spot just sat & listened to the birds while having my morning coffee. Rooms spacious, clean & tidy. Enjoyed my stay...thank you Max & Sally.

We used this as a journey break on our way south from Nelson on a Sunday night. The unit was clean and comfortable with good cooking facilities. The motel advised Wi-Fi on the road entrance sign and also inside the office. However later we found out that there was no Wi-Fi. We were told that their server had broken down... More

Thanks for your feed back. Our Wi-Fi server went down late Friday and could not get our IT man until Tuesday. We now have a computer in the office, with Skype, for guests to use, in case of this ever happening again. Wi - Fi is free for our clients. More

They were very nice and put the heating on for us etc but I felt it was a bit expensive for what we got. We paid $120 for a unit that was pretty basic, but it was clean just old fashioned. I was a bit mislead by the other reviews on here. I would have been happy paying $80 or... More

Thank you for your feed back . We could not find you name on booking list, but presume you were in a one bedrom, self contained unit. We will now put a sign in foyer (Inspections Welcome). As our pictures show, we lease older units which have good size rooms. For the past 2.5 years we have been updating and... More

We had to cancel and then rebook at short notice due to a change in the weather. This wasn't an issue and Sally and Max were very flexible. The units were in excellent condition, warm and clean, couldn't ask for more. Off street parking was good - I had a tandem trailer which was easily stored. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Recently we stayed in Rangiora for a weekend at the Rangiora Lodge Motel. The units were lovely and clean and warm, and serviced daily. We even came home late at night to find heating turned on and curtains closed. A lovely homely touch! Sally and Max were very friendly and helpful, making us feel as if we were at home.

We recently stayed at this motel, its well placed in Rangiora, was spotlessly clean and our hosts were wonderful, went the extra mile and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this motel.

We had a two bedroom unit which was spacious and met our needs. However, it was a little dated, but spotlessly clean and the daily service excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, Peter and Anne. We chose to stay in Rangiora (20 miles outside Christchurch) due to the earthquakes. Although this is not a tourist town it... More
