This Hotel, with its 'over the top' facade has very good and clean rooms, a restaurant with delicious curry's and raita's, friendliy staff and a reasonable wifi. However, when my luggage was delayed by KLM and sent after me from Delhi Airport, the staff was clueless, refused the bagage 'cause the guest was not known ' - they had a... More

In the ‘City of Brass’ Hotel Holiday Regency with its imperial colonial type of architecture and lavish interior will offer you good relaxation for your mind and body. This hotel scores over the others due to its good ambiance, interiors and room size. The rooms are very spacious with superb comforts and modern amenities. The multi-cuisine restaurant ‘Emperor’ will offer... More

If you travel to this part of NE India, this hotel is the place to stay. It is the only hotel caters to Westerners around this part of town. The room is clean and spacious. Restaurant, inside hotel, is quite good with large menu to choose from. Prices are reasonable and with decent service. The bad news, Internet is notoriously... More

Stopped here for 2 nights on a business trip to Moradabad, Visually the hotel is impressive, the rooms were clean and well kept, but the service and experience needs improving. Internet access didnt work and the staff were pretty clueless to help, even tried taking the laptop to the lobby to pick up emails etc, but with no luck. I... More

This hotel is one good hotel that you find in Moradaba. The olympic size swimming pool is the best attraction of this hotel. Food quality is above average tough the room service needs a bit of improvement.

Very surprised to see a huge property out of the blue on the Highway. Stayed in this place for a night on the way to Ramgargh from Delhi. The rooms are good-sized and clean. Very convenient for a night halt when driving to the hills. Good, simple hot and cold breakfast with a view of the swimming pool. Pros :... More

ok, rated low because of service, food and overall general attitude pervailing. Things are lacklustre and seem to be taken for granted based on the building etc. The building and the hotel stands out for its size in moradabad. The pool etc are excellent. But all body and no soul.Checkin takes time, rates are very high for a city like... More

Very badly managed hotel. Lack of professionalism in most of the staff. Some of them were good enough. But even the reception guys were so rude. No activity at all. Food was just OK but breakfast was Hide and Seek. Overall, not worth in spending so much money for this sort of hotel.

Moradabad the city of brass. We had to stay here because our car broke down. The hotel is grand. It's really huge with a magnificent porch and interior and brass statues all over the hotel. It's situated at the nh 24. The hotel is tastefully done, but the service needs improvement. The man at the front desk needs to be... More
