Arrived at this hotel, to be greeted by wonderful smiling receptionist. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, made us feel welcome and as if we were "one of the family" Hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, room cleaned every day and fresh towels every day, breakfast was superb with lots to choose from, would recommend this hotel for... Every year I stay in this hotel overnight while driving down south for my vacation. it is exactly half way and very convenient. if you leave this hotel by morning you can easily reach your holiday resort by noon time, not loosing your arrival day. Been there last week. Started with problems,immediately on entry. Understanding of English by the reception person is less than average,difficult to communicate things and understand the hotel at first.The room service is pathetic and the guys wouldn't return for hours. In fact, my girlfriend and I, we didn't sleep at the Marmara. The guesthouse was renovated and repainted at this time, so they drove us to a new hotel the family just opened : the Saruhan Hotel.
