Terrible for the money. No thermostates to regulate temp on radiators in rooms. I changed rooms and didn't even have a valve to turn the radiator on or off. On one day they turned the heat off in the hotel randomly which made it impossible to stay warm at night, and to even dry our clothes out from skiing. The... More

That was my worst experience since 1997, and worst kinder hotel I ever been. It is not 4 star hotel. At best it is 2 star. 1. Meeting/greeting. There was no any meeting of new-coming guests. Reception is on 1-st floor and nobody met us at the ground floor. Most of guests came with kids and had to carry themselves... More

If they didn't claim to be a 4 star hotel, we probably wouldn't expect much. The hotel is 2* maximum. Rooms are really small, old and shabby, heat went off several times, linen is changed only if you take it off and drop on the floor. Walls are paper thick. We were completely aware of all the family issues of... More

First of all, the St. Zeno is a good hotel, also a good Kinderhotel (Kids Hotel) however, we stayed the last 2 years in the Hotel Baer in Serfaus and therefore the expectations were probably too high... There is a HUGE difference betwen the two hotels and the price does not reflect this from my point of view. We are... More

We've stayed at a fair few Hotels in Austria including the fantastic Kinderhotel Hotel Lowen in Serfaus. St Zeno is half the price of Lowen but most certainly not half as good and well worth a visit. The pros: Good location with great views (you can ski back to the hotel but not really out although there is also a... More

Very friendly staff, good location, good facilities for the kids. Liked that they had 4 mealtimes per day, so the little ones had something to eat all through the day. Good spa/pool area. Food was OK, could be better for a four star hotel. Didn't like the beds and pillows, but at least it was quiet at night. Kids till... More

We stayed here Christmas 2012 and it was wonderful The staff were friendly, the Matradi, Jonny was fantastic Nothing was a trouble to them We were travelling with 2 children under 7 and the hotel caters for all their needs, from dinner, snacks, and kids club. Make sure that you hire your skis from up the mountain as it is... More

Very spacious room but rather dated. Bathroom very pokey and toilet did not have extractor fan or window. Food was fine. Didn't use the spa but the pool area was nice. Easy minibus ride to the ski lift. Coming back directly on skis to the hotel, it is tricky to find your way so make sure to read the details... More

Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities, good location, food was really good the first night, all other nights it was merely OK. Large breakfast buffet and a buffet for kids open all day with all sorts of food. There is hardly anything that they can not deliver. We only found the room a little silly as they say it's a... More

Loved our stay here! Everything was so well organized for the kids, we actually had time to relax. Spa facilities were amazing, even our 4 year old had an Ayurvedic massage, and enjoyed it! Staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. This will definitely become our annual ski vacation destination.
