Yes reception is closed over lunch (long continental lunch) we arrived on Saturday before midday and the receptionist was polite and attentive - the room wasn't ready until 3pm but that is to be expected, Clean compact apartment with all the necessities although we couldn't get the TV to work. Would definitely stay again winter or summer.

Not a good start to find the reception was only open for a couple of hours in the afternoon meaning I had to wait to even get access to the reception area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is a modern apartment block. My room had a small kitchenette area with a couple of rings, a microwave and... More

the management/ownership of this hotel ought to be ashamed of the lamentable overall performance.....hotellerie?.......come to London/Paris and learn about it as you are amateurs. the only saving grace was the amiable and helpful Thierry at the reception desk. How he tolerates the list of genuine woes from the paying punters is a mystery. design by a first year architecture student,... More

We arrived at the worst western only to find that the reception was closed and they hadn’t given us a room. We drove to several other nearby hotels but they were all full. Fortunately we were able to stay at a friend’s nearby chalet (sleeping on the floor of his office). The following morning we returned to the Worst Western... More

If you don't want working wifi, don't want an alcoholic drink from the bar, don't want your room cleaned or bins emptied, don't want to unpack your suitcase all week because there are no shelves or cupboards, don't want to use the non-existant cooking utensils in the "kitchenette",don't want to be able to contact reception by phone because they never pick... Very good hotel that surpassed our expectations. The room was excellent for a family of four, with an upstairs bedroom for our sons and two separate bathrooms. We have stayed in similar accommodation for more money in this area, however this has to be best value for money. Room cleaned every day including the cutlery etc. Only criticism regarding the... If you think you desperately need a holiday and there is no available room in sight, this hotel would make you feel that you should have stayed at home anyway. After deciding to check out after two days instead of the 7 planned due to multiple items that did not function (TV, bathroom sink, parking, heating in the children’s room!!!... More

Stayed here for one night as a stopover en route to Tuscany. Didn't think it was particularly good value for money 139 euro for one night not including breakfast. Good points: great views, swimming pool which is always welcome after a long drive with children, small kitchenette with fridge. Negative points: sofa bed (which was the main bed) not very... More

A really decent hotel, good value for money. It is located within 10 min from the Morillon village, a bit to far just to walk to the ski lift but it was fine to get there with a car. Enough parking space in front of the hotel. Simple but nice breakfast in the morning. Room quite nice, spacious and clean.... More
