My wife and I travel the world in hopes of finding places like Casa Pan de Miel. Hotels that so authentically blend rustic charm with dreamy tropical ocean views from infinity pools are few and far between. Add the super-friendly French owner, her gracious staff, tasty food wonderfully presented, air-conditioned rooms at reasonable prices....that's why we came for three days,... More

Not a boutique or a luxury small hotel. It's just like home in front of the sea, including family living there! Everyone is so ready to help, breakfast is "maison d'hôtes" French style and you can just come and go to the town in 10 minutes. Bring flip flops, a book and enjoy! Perfect!

We loved this oasis! It was everything we were looking for: private, calm, quiet, small (we aren't big resort people), and extremely friendly. The staff is amazingly helpful and ready to make your stay the best it can be. The location is perfect. Yes there are a lot of steps to the beach, but it's worth it! We very much... More

Hotel is so nice and cozy, facilites are clean and in excellent conditions. Service is excellent, all the staff make a great team oriented to give the guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast/food is also very good. The hotel pool has a superb view to the ocean and at night you get to see the sky full of stars which is... More

Everything about Casa Pan de Miel was wonderful, from the warm infinity pool with the incredible view to the delicious and healthy breakfasts. Service was excellent, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Our trip was a family visit to see our son who was living in Mexico. We stayed in the apartment with an outdoor kitchen and... With wonderful cliff top views, a discrete but attentive staff and a relaxing calm atmosphere we had great time here. As a mature couple with their 30year old son, having two rooms sharing a well equipped kitchen and a dining balcony was a great bonus. It gave us the flexibility to relax together when we wanted it or use the... More

As others have said this is a wonderful place to stay; rooms with an ocean view, a pool overlooking a cove, friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfasts taken together round a large table as if in someone's home (check out the huevos rancheros as well as the fruit, home made, jam and honey bread). All in a relaxed atmosphere... More

The views of the ocean and beaches were incredible and each room is designed with beautiful terraces to relax and take it all in. The staff are all so happy and welcoming and it was difficult to leave-we will miss them. The food was excellent and represented wonderful mexican flavors. At night, you can only hear a few crickets and... More

Staying at Casa Pan de Miel not only met with our expectations, but it exceeded them. The hotel property is in a prime location with a view at the beautiful Mazunte bay. It has direct access to a postcard perfect beach. The rooms (and common areas) are spotless. And finally, the hotel staff is always very friendly and willing to... More
