Excellent facilities, tremendous staff dealing with various nationalities and able to converse and solve any problems efficiently, fire in reception could be a little better, spa facilities good, staff extremely attentive, bar staff courteous and polite, golf complex a ten minute walk away, nice shops and restaurants worth a visit

Hotel was very good. Rooms are hot and clean. Food on breakfast was excellent. Spa is great also! Just bring a towels with you. They didn't have many towels. The nature is wonderful. It is a bit far from the city- Bansko, but you have a shuttle bus that brings you there. I really recommend this hotel.
