Having read some of the reviews for this and having paid for a night away here with Groupon, we were a bit worried it might not be all that great. How wrong can you be. My partner and I go away a lot for weekend in hotels and usually include food - this was by far the best place we... More

This is a gorgeous village pub with some conference facilities in the back. We went into the restaurant and the owner barely looked up but waved her arm and told us to sit "over there wherever you like." After 10 minutes we asked for menus and a waiter appeared who wordlessly dropped them on the table. Another 10 minutes we... More

Having read some of the reviews we decided to give the place a go and went for a meal with my brother and sister in law. Initial impression was that the restaurant was pleasant enough although for a Saturday a little quiet. The menu choice was not as varied as I would have expected and the specials were limited and... Good sized basically furnished rooms at the back of a pub that looks as though it has a good restaurant. The breakfast further supports that suggestion. Unfortunately not only the restaurant but also the pub closes down after Sunday lunch leaving no staff obviously in attendence and very limited dining options within walking distance ( the one option is very... We met for a drink here, lovely decor especially restaurant but strange to walk straight into if from the car park. Enjoyable experience but drinks expensive, See review for Hercules down the road which is nearby and a pleasant walk

Stayed in room 11 and was very satisfied with it. It was spacious and cosy and we had a great nights sleep. The food was excellent, well cooked and very tasty. Sutton Cheney is a small rural hamlet right next to the battle of Bosworth and you can walk though the cornfield to it. Market bosworth is very quaint. Would... More

We stayed from a groupon offer and upgraded to stay in the bridal suite room in march. We were a little worried as some reviews portrayed it as a death hole. This was not the case at all, the room was beautiful, looked so pretty. The bed was huge and we had lots of room for storage etc. It was... More

Called in at 2:20 PM. Got a table. Room near to full. Lunch was very good. Hot plenty of gravy. They sting you for drinks £9.50 for a pint of cider and a glass of white wine. We have been to this restaurant before I have to say it is looking dated

The Royal Arms oozes plenty of charachter and has all the aspects of a cozy and comfortable country inn. food was great quality and slightly... More
