Offley Place hosted my daughter's wedding. The venue is lovely - the conservatory/orangery they use has been so sympathetically added to the main structure of the house it is a beautiful space. The colours of the old brickwork blending in with the woodwork and with the sun shining through and the vista of the ancient trees outside, a lovely space... More

I attended a family gathering here on a Sunday. We had the Orangery to ourselves. I did note that on walking through the front door, I didn't see anyone at reception desk waiting to greet us to the function but we carried on walking down the stairs and saw people offering drinks for our group. The conservatory is a great... More

My partner and I stayed at this hotel, overnight in room 7, for 1 night. The hotel itself is grand, spacious and is furnished beautifully. The grounds are stunning and well kept. There is plenty of parking and it is situated in a quiet location. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and check in was great. However, our room... More

Stayed recently for a wonderful function. The food was fabulous. Service for the function superb. Our room however was in desperate need of redecoration, stained and patch painted walls, filthy carpet, characterless furniture , including a wardrobe that wouldn't close. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding spotless. The bathroom again in desperate need of attention. The bar prices... More

Came recently for afternoon tea for a birthday. We were served in the Conservatory and the views were lovely. Food was lovely as well. Cannot fault it ... a lovely experience. Would definitely come back for another occasion.

If you fancy a good afternoon tea at a very reasonable price and in a lovely location I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and ensured we had a very enjoyable visit. We will be returning!

Mrs J and I recently stayed here because one of my best mates was getting married. The whole day was superb, and we couldn't be happier for them. The wedding was in the conservatory, which i must say was a very nice building. The tables for the meal were well set up (seats were too close together though), cutlery was... More

The location of the hotel is lovely - a long way away from anywhere; a qaint old house that has been converted and extended accordingly. Lovely picturesque church next door, large, flat, mature gardens - almost the quintessential country house hotel. We stayed in a room on the first floor; the room itself was nothing special; the size of the... More

We received a wowcher for 2 nights at the hotel with our 2 year old daughter. On first arrival, the hotel was very run down and could do with a fresh coat of paint. The central staircase had damp and stains up the walls. There's no lift here so it's completely unsuitable for anyone disabled or elderly and even getting... More
