Comfortable and clean room with excellent braekfast next morning. Nothing too much trouble for the proprietor Christine with help on were to eat locally freely given. Beautiful gardens and a feeling of a little oasis in this part of North Yorkshire. Would recommend to anyone. more

The advert described this hotel as ideally situated on the outskirts of the village of Kellington near York - it's 30 mins away from York and right in the centre of Kellington village - which has nothing to offer. It's surrounded by power stations and electricity pylons! The advert goes on to describe the hotel as beautifully furnished, character etc... more
