Hazeldene guest house is only a few minutes walk from Selby town centre and is ideally located if you're planning on visiting the town. The owner was very friendly and the guest house was nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

this is the best guest house in Yorkshire, run by such nice people and we are hoping to stay there next year. We stayed there before a friends wedding and they where so helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. Even went out of there way to make the kids pancakes when she didn't have all the ingredients. 5 stars

We stayed in Selby to attend a nearby concert; we chose to stay at Hazledene because of its location and great reviews. We were not disappointed, Donna was a star, made us welcome and laugh. Breakfast was very filling including black puddings !! Definitely a great place to stay

Have stayed at the Hazeldene on several occasions and are always given a friendly welcome. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy and the service is excellent. Always a fabulous breakfast to set you up for the day! Only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Excellent value for money and a great place to stay.

Friendly welcome, safe parking, quiet and comfortable room, satisfying breakfast and all within a short walk of eateries in Selby - I chose the Megna at 24-26 Church Hill, Selby. very pleasant meal. This will do for me.

We enjoyed a one night stopover after a long day cycling on the trans pennine trail. Excellent location near to the trail and close to all the amenities of Selby. Spent 3 nights at this lovely guest house while visiting family in Selby. My en-suite room was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious! There is a really nice lounge for guests to use and staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this guest house again!
