Read some of the previous reviews and conclude some people just like to moan no matter what. Stayed at The Greyhound Inn last week, and no complaints whatsoever. Excellent service, nice room with a bit of character, fantastic food, nice bar and restaurant area, roaring log fire. Highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere with a bit of character... more

I recently had three work colleagues staying there and they had a rough time. There was no heating in 2 of the 3 rooms they used for the two nights, despite having mentioned the problem after the first night. This pub runs dance nights for the young and 'trendy' far subburban crowd at weekends and the music can go on... more
