This hotel was very good value for money. The hotel was as described and facilities were adequate for rating. Service was excellant from reception throught to bar and restaurant. Good quality, family friendly hotel.

This was our first stay at a Novotel. The hotel was very well presented. The room was quite large and had very good facilities. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough to help. The food was very good and breakfast had a very wide choice. We will definitely be coming back.

I stayed here for one night. The Novotel is conveniently situated close to J25 of the M1. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms a good size with comfortable beds and decent facilities. The decor is a little dated but the rooms are clean and fresh and well priced.

Good value, clean room. Would stay again. Helpful receptionist. Think that the curry on the menu should be reviewed and the chef to taste it. Apparently it is "bought in" whatever that means. My husbands food was ok. Other than that all was good.

Excellent staff who could not do enough for you. A comfortable room with a very good bed. Spotlessly clean. Had a very pleasant and enjoyable lounge area. The restaurant was fabulous both for dinner - try the salad and for the delicious wholesome breakfast. Very reasonably priced and would recommend to anyone.
