All in all, we find Les Airelles a good experience with really friendly staff, a quick transfer from Geneva airport, a good location in Les Carroz, a great location to ski from the door, reasonably comfortable & with a really cosy alpine style (all wooden) restaurant.

We stayed at Les Airelles for a long weekend in early February 2015 & there was a lot of snow which made for a few ideal days of skiing. Some of the recent reviews of this hotel left us feeling apprehensive about what to expect when we arrived. However, we found the hotel owners very welcoming, the hotel & our... More

Lovely position at the bottom of the slopes. Restaurant overpriced. Poor service - on first visit, waited 30 mins for Luke warm hot chocolate. Second visit waited 20 minutes for order to be taken then told to move to another table as. A bit disconcerted watching the waitress load bread into a basket from a plastic box outside, drop it... The hotel is over rated for the quality and service. But what really is an off is the restaurant. Service, food price etc everything is really disapointing. they can't control the croud of high season and they make you wait outside the restaurant during 30 or more minutes at -5 degrees. Then the servers they don't even excuse themselves for... More

I visited the restaurant whilst staying at the Residence Les Servages. Charming restaurant, excellent service and food. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant especially the snails - all 12 of them as a starter!

This charming hotel is perfectly placed to hit the slopes within 30 seconds of leaving the boot room. It's bedrooms are very small, but are charming and have all you need. However, we were in room 4 and we both have sore backs from the uncomfortable bed, (we did overhear another couple complain their bed was also uncomfortable). This hotel... More
