The hotel is over rated for the quality and service. But what really is an off is the restaurant. Service, food price etc everything is really disapointing. they can't control the croud of high season and they make you wait outside the restaurant during 30 or more minutes at -5 degrees. Then the servers they don't even excuse themselves for... More

I visited the restaurant whilst staying at the Residence Les Servages. Charming restaurant, excellent service and food. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant especially the snails - all 12 of them as a starter!

This charming hotel is perfectly placed to hit the slopes within 30 seconds of leaving the boot room. It's bedrooms are very small, but are charming and have all you need. However, we were in room 4 and we both have sore backs from the uncomfortable bed, (we did overhear another couple complain their bed was also uncomfortable). This hotel... More

Never heard of Les Carroz? Neither had I. But it's a proper little old mountain town, fully fitted with quaint old wooden buildings, a modest four bars ( the best are Le Marlowe and Cave 59), a smattering of good ski shops, a great deli for mountain cheeses and sausage, a couple of fine looking patisseries, and just a couple... We booked a superior room and it was lovely, just picture-book perfect like the whole hotel. Very friendly, superb food and a brilliant ski-in, ski-out location. Just a 5 minute walk from the village centre and ski shops. The terrace is a favourite for afternoon drinks watching other skiers come down. It's right next to a drag lift that takes... More

Lovely apart-hotel, good room, adequate kitchen and lovely views of the mountains, the snow boarding is very good from here and would go back. It is easy to ski in and out of the hotel. We went in Feb 2009 and loved it. There are not many resteraunts in Montgenevre and you have to do some hunting, but the ones... More

This was a lovely quaint hotel, next to the slopes, and only 50yards to a button lift. The evening meals were excellent, but my only gripe would be that there was no choice. The breakfast was disappointing, as in never varied, with the same cheese and ham every morning. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Lez Carroz is... More

We spent a fantastic skiing week staying at Les Airelles, great access to the slopes with the first lift next to the hotel terrace. The hosts, Christine & Alain with their staff deliver an excellent friendly service, the rooms are warm, clean and cosy; Alain's skills in the kitchen provided us with a wonderful menu at the end of each... Super location -- right next to the lift to gondola -- lived on the patio -- small and quaint rooms - but clean and friendly staff -- well heated and ventilated -- we stayed in chalet - each had a private deck -- good ski room with boot dryers - free ski at bottom for beginners - 100m to ski...
