We booked two double rooms for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. Ok, the rooms were quite basic and the shower doors tended to stick but they were spotlessly clean and very good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants for our evening meals. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of hot and cold food. The... More

Prior to the above holiday I have visited this particular hotel in late June, about three years ago (when it was full-board as opposed to all inclusive) and returned this year because I had been so impressed generally with the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere as well as other aspects of the hotel on that previous visit. The clientele base was... More

We arrived for what was our first "all inclusive" holiday to be greated by a list of what was exclusive and just how limited inclusive was ... it was not a good start, but on the positive side ... the staff of the hotel were overall absolutely great. The food was very bland, not seasoned at all, not replaced when... More

Just come back from a 4day stay. This hotel is nowhere near a 4star rating. The rooms are small and the bathroom size was a joke.step out of the shower and the toilet is in from of you! Breakfast choice is fairly limited for a 4star rating. Unisex toilets in the lobby!! No iron, no tea facility in the room,... More

I stayed here for a fortnight with my parents and having been to Italy many times and stayed at all inclusive hotels in Greece and Austria this was at least on a par with them if not better. The food was very good, the rooms possibly the best for a 4 star Italian hotel. Jeni the Inghams rep was extremely... More

We booked our summer holiday here based on various sources, not just the Inghams brochure. Our experience did not meet our expectations on many counts. But there were many positive aspects as well. Particularly good is the hotel’s location near the railway station and the old town. When we arrived, we received a nice welcome at reception from Giovanna, who... More

Do not stay here if you are a couple looking for a peaceful holiday, teaming with families with children who run around until late, food distinctly average and no where near four star quality, very very disappointed, screaming kids in alleged adult pool so no swimming at all whilst parents over indulge on the free booze, most staff friendly and... I booked this as a package deal with Inghams and overall was very pleased with the hotel and the location of Passignano sul Trasimeno. I stayed for 2 weeks from mid- to end of June 2013 and thought that the staff were excellent, always willing to help and "go the extra mile" (I am Coelic/Gluten-intolerant and not only did they... we stayed for 1 week in July and overall it was OK. The rooms was ok but not very tidy. The food was good, there was a lot of choice. Animation for kids OK. The hotel is very well situated to visit Sienna, Perugia, Montepulciano, Firenze.

We visited for two weeks from end of August. We probably went a little too early as school children were still there and the first week was rather noisy/busy. Not all children are well behaved and did run around in the dining room and around the seating outside of an evening. The food was average, but we are fussy and... More
