I stay with a group for 10 days every July. A pity the management do not respond to tripadvisor comments This is delightful hotel in a lovely setting. Passignano is an Italian lakeside resort with several decent restaurants and the hotel is in the heart of town, minutes from the pier to catch the regular boats to the islands and... More

We chose this hotel through Inghams "Lakes and Mountains". The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy with the sheets changed every other day or so. The food was fine, but bare in mind that this is a hotel in a small Italian town so one has to accept a continental style breakfast not an... More

The room was very small but with a good view to the lake. The hotel is in a perfect position just in the middle of the town. However the hotel and the rooms a little bit old. In addition the breakfast was poor. The staff were very nice.

We stayed at the Lido during the week of the pallio and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the festival. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable and the food, especially the pasta dishes, was more than acceptable. The waitress, Christina, was one of the best waitresses we have ever experienced and recommended a number of wines for us, she... More

This hotel was unbelievably bad - very few staff, food was disgusting - I have never had such low standard of food and service anywhere in Italy - it was insulting to have been booked into this hotel. We were only allowed on to the jetty to sit and view the lake on one occasion after a special request to... More

We travelled with Treyn. The hotel is in a good position but can be noisy. The food was terrible: breakfast was tinned fruit and inedible bread rolls; dinner choices for our group were repetitive, bland and boring whereas independent travellers had a good menu to choose from. We had to rearrange the room furniture to make room for our suitcases.... More

the hotel is rated 3 star - the breakfast is very poor and doesn't vary at all, dinner is even worse. Little better than a greasy spoon café - the staff aren't friendly either. Treyn are aware of all this but still are sending trips there

We stayed here for one night enroute to Rome. It was a pity we hadn't been staying for longer. The view from our room (executive suite- lake view) was beautiful. Sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset was lovely! As was the power of the air-conditioning! The accompanying pool and resturant were both very pleasant. (the swimming pool has... More

The lake-side rooms have lovely views but this is not enough to compensate for the loud music from a nearby bar which continued till 1 or 2am every night of the week during our stay.

We did not stay at the hotel but dined in the restaurant. The service, food and general ambience were excellent.
