On arrival, feeling tired and weary, our first impression of Il Greppo was that it was more remote than we had anticipated and perhaps a little jaded in places. This impression was quickly dispelled and we fell in love with its rustic charm! We spent 2 very happy weeks, using it as a base for exploring the area's hillside towns... More

Il Greppo is a small working vineyard and a perfect getaway for a relaxing break especially if like my group you enjoy good wine. The apartments were spacious and rustic in design. There is plenty of outdoor space which was perfect for enjoying a late night glass of wine under moonlight. The pool on the site was very welcome in... More

We found Il Greppo on line, the site looked wonderful...... What a disappointment! None of the services we expected were there, no restaurant open during the week, no wine classes, cooking classes as stated on the site. The place has been let go....no help finding restaurants on the dark roads at night and we had bugs in the bathroom....in the... More

Ideal for anyone looking for charm and beauty as well as the typical landscapes of Tuscany. Great wine, great places and relaxed atmosphere. The Parigi family will make sure everything's ok and the agriturismo offers excellent meals on various days of the week. An hour away from Siena, Florence, Arezzo... A handful of picturesque villages nearby. We will be back!

Il Greppo was the perfect place for a perfect holiday with our children and friends. Il Greppo is such a cozy place surrounded by vineyards and olive trees away from the madding crowds that travel to Toscana on summer time. Our children were very happy in the swimming pool and we enjoyed nice meals on the gardens with other families.... More

Friends and I had a really fun and relaxed cooking class here, with Paolo, a member of the family that own and run the winery, farmhouse and restaurant (and gourmet foodstores in Pienza and Montepulciano) as our own personal and attentive host. He gave us a steady flow of wines to sample along the way. The setting is just stunning... More
