The apartments are lovely. The most spacious I have ever stayed in for skiing. They were clean. Staff were ok. No lifts was a pain. Also there is no ski locker included which is very annoying. The village is quiet but if you walk for ten mins you are in a main town. The bar attached to the hotel would... More

we stayed there for 10 days last august, we were two families and asked for two close apartments. those have to be two rooms apartment, but one of them was larger (two bedrooms!). they gave us for free because of our request to have close apartments :-) the view was really nice on the mountains, the location is great: close... The location is great, just near the slopes (in winter) and mountain bike tracks (in summer). If you like road bike, you have a choice of many alpine passes, and the position is good for trekking too. In the building you have a fitness center (gym, swimming pool sauna etc.), a small market and some other useful shop. The center... More

Great apartments for families. Yes the cooking facilities are basic and the decor a little bit tired, but the apartments are large, warm have comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. All this is very close to the slopes in a small, friendly resort. Locals are really helpful, ski tuition is good as are the slopes and the local bars and restaurants... More

We have just returned from a very enjoyable skiing holiday with Crystalski. One of the things that made the stay so enjoyable was our apartment, which was in the Cervino block of the Planibel apartments, with our balcony and dining area overlooking the pistes and ski lifts. The people in reception where very friendly and it wasn't their fault that... More

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, we were in a 2 Bedroom apartment which had 1 Double ensuite, 1 Single and 2 Sofa Beds in the lounge. There was a lot of space and storage compared to other ski apartments we've been to. The kitchen area was small - 2 electric rings, a fridge, microwave and kettle -... More

We stayed from the 09/02/14 for a week in the planibel apartments with Crystal. The apartments are divided in 5 blocks, each with its own entrance and lifts. There are a few bars, shops and a supermarket. We were in the Monte Rosa which was literally a two minute walk to the lifts and slope. There are ski lockers in... More

We have stayed in the Planibel apartments twice: once in a one-bed flat where me and hubby had to sleep on two single settees in the kitchen/lounge, and this time we paid extra for a two-bedroom apartment. The apartments are dated in terms of decor, but large enough and they are in an excellent location for the slopes. They are... More

We booked a studio for 2 people but got a much bigger apartment, whether down to Crystal or Planibel I'm not sure. Having read reviews of the place before travelling, we weren't expecting much, lots of criticism for the apartments and hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, however.Alright, they need updating but were in keeping with the style and period and... More

We stayed in the planibel apartments last year and this year insisted on a two bedroomed apartment for the four of us (sleeping on the settees last year was NOT fun). The apartment itself was good, with an on-suite in the double room. Given that it is classed as self catering the provision of two electric rings so close together... More
