This place is good value for money I think. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. If you want the latest thing, this is not for you. But if you like a clean, spacious place with a well equipped kitchen and friendly owners, go here.

This motel is easy to find, minutes from centre. Spacious, set in nice surroundings, we would stay again , really comfortable bed. Free laundry, well equipped kitchen. A retro look , fab. Helpful hosts, good advice about restaurants , hot pools just down the road, perfect day walk the alpine crossing and finish in hot pools then nice meal.

The rooms are in a lovely garden setting and are spacious and clean. Nice big bed which was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that it is quite outdated - lots of dark wood, very 1970's. The ironing board cover was shabby and torn and the glass in the shower was cracked. With a revamp this could... More

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Lynn, the host , was very warm welcoming and helpful. The check in was quite smooth despite our late arrival. The rooms were clean and well set. Our rooms was just besides the swimming pool and garden and a beautiful view. Though stayed only for a night, had a great time. If in... More

Because of our poor english, the Host is really patient and warm hearted, he booked the shuttle for us for 3 times. my son is only 6 years old, so first time, he suggest us to take the 6am... More

I dont know what happened, but the crockery and cutlery were dirty, cobwebs in every corner of the room, sand on one of the beds, it was like a 50's holiday chalet Fair enough the owner said it was the cleaner's day off, but all rooms should be checked

We stayed here for a night before walking the Tongariro Crossing. Prior to arriving, I phoned the owner to see who their Tongariro Crossing transport provider was. The owner was very helpful and said that he would arrange it all for us. When we arrived we received an efficient and friendly greeting. We were soon in our unit, and all... More

What a beautiful find - the suites are comfortable and spacious, with decor that although is not very modern ('50s style) has all the homey touches (pictures on the wall, flowers, curios, magazines,..). And the bed was divine: haven't had such a comfortable, firm mattress anywhere else on our trip. The gardens are lovely, and the pool (about 8 lap... More

Stayed for two nights in a clean, comfortable room. Bed was very nice. I enjoyed the lovely gardens as well. The managers were so friendly and accommodated your every need. We had breakfast and dinner prepared to order. Delicious! Not the most modern of motels but so clean! Please consider staying here, you will not be disappointed!
