Recently, my partner and I, my daughter and her partner and toddler, all stayed here for 8 nights. Fantastic!!!! Jan & Alan were so friendly, so accommodating and so helpful with knowledge of the area. Our Units were very clean and well maintained, leaving us not wanting for anything. Swimming Pool was great, Tennis Court to run off that extra... More

Overpriced compared to the many places I stay at every month. Not much choice however , locally apart from BandB Everything you could want and a comfortable bed Fine weather and the pool would have been great also a good tennis court and bikes to use so perhaps the old adage you do get what you pay for!

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom were large and spotlessly clean. The kitchen equipment was more than adequate and we were given free detergent to use the free washing machines. The site is relatively quiet. There are a couple of shops including a supermarket and some restaurants just... More

Great service and flexibility from owner / managers . Neat tennis court adjacent to small swimming pool . Lovely compact resort type grounds. Our two bedroom villa apartment had two bathrooms and full kitchen plus outdoor and indoor dining areas. Handy to shops, airfield (treated to free Yakolev Yak aircraft display) and beach(patrolled in Summer) plus golf course next door!. Complementary... More

We stayed for a week with our three kids and were able to settle in immediately after a long drive from Wellington. Although the units aren't huge, (compared to renting a house) we spent most of our days beside their pool or playing on the tennis court. After we checked out what to do using the free (limited) Wi-Fi, we... More

We arrived on Christmas Eve - late, and were hugely grateful for the spotless, comfortable accommodation we found, together with the warm welcome. Being slightly off the main road, the location is perfect for a quiet and relaxing beachside retreat. The king bed and the shower were both spot on - I can tell a lot about a place by... More

The motel room had all that we needed, simply decorated but clean comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much bother. The town is a holiday home town so there are not a lot of people around outside school holidays. It is slightly off the main roads to the Coromandel sights so just an OK... More

Have to say. It's nice to have a big king bed. Ohh it's so good. The room was great. Everything was spacious. Would stay here again. Only thing, which is minor. It is nice to watch telly in bed, especially when you've had a packed day and you just want to crumble. Other than that. Everything was spot on.

We recently enjoyed a very nice stay at the Pauanui Pines Motor Lodge. Our hosts ensure their guests are comfortable and are on hand for any extra information needed. The units are spotless, the grounds well cared for, and the free use of the laundry and free Wi-Fi were the icing on the cake. The location could not be better... More
