Had a room booked for special occasion( were swayed by website pics and location) and unfortunately after stepping foot into the room,we promptly turned around and left. Very shoddy ,tired and in need of an update. Very disappointed but were impressed with staff member that we complained to. Was very apologetic and suggests that we complain to Crerar hotel group.

We Spent our christmas here and really enjoyed it staff and entainment was brilliant thanks for the amazing 5 course meal which was amazing and reasonably priced location is perfect about 10/15 min to the glencoe ski slopes, thank you guys for making our stay so enjoyable,for us and our dog ....
