Wonderful place, very welcoming host, higher standard than many more expensive hotels. Views from the room were spectacular across Kinlochleven. Very central for everything you would want to do. Highly recommend this bnb to everyone. The breakfast was full and hearty and able to come and go at anytime we pleased during our stay. Very informal and great banter with... More

We only stayed one night at Lios Mhoire but we were made to feel instantly welcome and at home. The B&B is in an absolutely stunning location, in easy reach of local attractions and walks. The owner, Kareen, was a pleasure to meet - very friendly and accommodating, giving us great recommendations for dinner and things to do in the... More

My wife and I stayed at Lios Mhoire guest house in Glencoe Village for a single evening in September as it was along the route from Skye to Glasgow. What an unexpected pleasure. Kareen the hostess was really great. When our GPS unit struggled with directions, she walked out to the access road to wave us in and extend a... More

My partner and I had a great one night stay in Lios Mhoire: friendly welcome, nice room, great breakfast, and Kareen was very helpful recommending places to eat and sorting us a taxi. We recommend the hikers bar at the Clachaig Inn for a game of pool and a few pints.

Lovely warm welcome, comfy bed, good view. All round perfect accommodation, and possibly the best vegetarian breakfast I've ever had! Only downside was the rain, but there's not much you can do about that.

6 of us stayed here after the Scotland Coast 2 Coast as we had two years ago. Kareen is brilliant and even picked us up from the finish line to shower and dry off and returned us to the after party when we were ready! Now that is a great service. We only stayed the one night but the breakfast... More

As others have said Kareen is great. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She is also a good tourist guide for the Glen Coe area and other areas not to miss as you travel the highlands. And, oh by the way, the B&B is pretty good too. Our room faced the Loch so we could watch the world come... More

I can only echo what other reviewers have said.Modern ,comfortable room, great breakfast but what really makes the place is Kareen's obvious enthusiasm for the business and her knowledge of the area. Without her recommendation we would have missed much of Glencoe as we were heading in the opposite direction: so pleased we followed her advice. Highly recommended.

My 18 yr old son and I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B in August. The owner Kareen is one of the loveliest people I have ever met. She makes you immediately feel welcome and and can't do enough to make your stay wonderful. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable beds and overlook the beautiful Loch. The... More

What a lovely place. It is on a main road, but the accommodation is lovely, and the hosts even better. Great breakfast and a lovely view from the bedroom. You're also a stone's throw from the Pap of Glencoe and the Lost Valley - highly recommended!
