Our stay here was awful. We were initially booked into the chalet but it was uninhabitable - no heating or hot water and television broken. The family room we were then given was adequate. The breakfast was completely inedible and the service we received following our stay when we were trying to track down some lost property was absolutely appalling. more

Apalling customer service....room was shabby and in need of refurbisment...food awful and i dont like the idea of dogs in the dining room greeding of your table when you trying to eat....sorry but ive got nothing good to say about this hotel. more

John, the proprietor was friendly and made us feel instantly at home, nothing was too much trouble and despite being close to the motorway our room was very quiet with a nice outlook. This place is definitely a hidden gem! more

We stayed for two night and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was very friendly and could not do enough for us. Good food, good service and our room was wonderful and exceptionally clean.
