I only wish i had read more of the reviews before booking this hotel, possibly one of the worst nights sleep ever! The floorboards outside room 219 in which we stayed desperately need fixed, so noisy whenever anyone walked past, which alot of people did! So just when we managed to drop off to sleep we were woken at 4am... More

I stayed at the hotel with my 86 year old mother as part of a coach trip. The hotel is rather tired and in some need of updating However the our room was very warm and had two very comfortable single beds. It was spacious, with plenty of storage facilities and were provided with two of each very white and... More

Have just spent a few days there, as part of a coach party. Nice spacious room, clean, cosy and warm. Staff friendly and couldn't have done more. We really looked forward to our meals, and there was plenty of choice. Delightful resort. Hotel clearly in process of maintenance, but they're making steady progress.

On yet another coach trip, we stayed here I think it was last May. We'd been on the road for about eight hours before finally arriving at the Park Hotel. From the outside, it surpassed expectation and was well kept and has really gorgeous views over the beach. Upon arrival we were all greeted by a lovely lady on reception... More

On the outside the hotel looks quite impressive with views of the coast, we were checked in easily and told where our room was. The room was clean and large with side sea views but a little tired. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was adequate but you had to hold the shower head. Breakfast was OK... More

We had an overnight stay with National Holidays. On arriving the hotel was in an excellent location however looked very tired. On being given our key we were appalled at what we found. There was no heating, no double glazing and the windows were frosted glass so we could not see out. The floor and wall tiles in the bathroom... More

We had a very pleasant stay here. My friend Chrissie and I went on a National Holidays trip and this was the Hotel we stayed at. Our room was spotless and we had a very pleasant sea view. Bathroom and toilet were spotless and the shower was great, lovely and warm and powerful too. The room was pleasantly warm so... More

First things first this hotel has the most helpful staff, they are keen to get things right...looking round the hotel it is clear to see that some refurbishment work has been done (it's a big place) and there are signs of on-going projects. I hosted a dance event here, the ballroom is massive. I had 120 guests in total...yes there... More
