Perfect if you are there to climb! The crag is on your door step. However if you want to laze around on the beach, the beach is rocky, but it seems they make an effort in the summer to make the beach better. The campsite itself is lovely. Pool and bar is only open peak times. Mobile homes are basic... More

We (My Husband, 2 toddlers and my Mum and Dad) stayed in a Eurocamp mobile home at El Bahira mid Sept 2012, the last 11nts of the season and had a really enjoyable stay. The Eurocamp and Keycamp pitches are all situated at the bottom of the park near to the beach but also just down the steps from the... More

We'v been in El Bahira Camping Village during 6 days, by tent, and the experience was reasonable. Is is undoubtedly in an amazing location, where the nature is very well preserved and there is the possibility of putting the tent in different places more or less wild. We'v chosen to put the tent in an large area filled with pine,... More

we went to this camping in august and it was top-full...too much people, too much noise. music and loudspeaker until 3 am on saturday!!! we were looking for a place to sleep, not a night club!!! indeed, the day we had to leave the camping, they did not allow us to remove the car and get it out because it... We booked a week away at el bahira through a newspaper deal. We therefore got a very good deal. Aside from that, we would have paid more. El bahira campsite is gorgeous. We stayed in a vilanova mobile home which sleeps seven but there was only two of us. The mobilehome had all kitchen equipment that we required. Outside, you... More

Set in a stunning, arid location on a rocky coastline with direct access to clear seas and enjoying a fantastic climate, this campsite has the ingredients for a great holiday. The grounds full of cacti and dwarf palms are well maintained and the Eurocamp mobile home we stayed in was excellent in terms of quality and value for money. The... More

I have just come back from a week at El Bahira with my wife, two daughters (6 and 3) and my mother in law.  We are an Anglo-Italian family who know exactly what we want on an Italian beach holiday: somewhere clean and interesting to swim, good food, simple yet adequate  accommodation and somewhere for the kids to play while... El Bahira is located on a rocky coast down a long private road. While it seems close to San vito on a map, the long driveway and escarpment means you have to drive to leave the site. The site is a mix of local italian caravan & pitches and enclave of static caravan for euro tourists. We stayed in the... More

We have just come back from El Bahira and the kids were sad to leave. Positives: - GREAT for kids: activities during the day (colouring in the morning, swimming activities in the afternoon, kids' disco at night, pools, play park, beach toys to borrow at reception, bouncy castle!!!...) - Wonderful pools - a smaller one and larger, deeper one with... We stayed at this campsite in mid September 2010. We selected a eurocamp mobile home with decking rather than super tent due to the time of year. Wonderful place in a stunning location really off the beaten track. Wild and very beautiful. If you like busy campsites with lots of organised activities, tannoy announcements and full of Brits abroad... It's... More
