We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and modern hotel. The small pool was a bonus and breakfasts offered plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sperlonga is a great place for a beach holiday, despite the regimented rows of payable beach loungers and umbrellas. We didn't eat at the hotel, preferring to be nearer the sea... More

We spent the last couple of nights of our holiday here having driven from the Amalfi Coast. Sperlonga is a lovely little town and ideal for a relaxing break. The hotel was absolutely fine. Very white and bright decor. We had a ground floor room with an outside patio space with a couple of loungers although we weren't really there... More

The hotel is quite modern and comfortable and has what is probably the best restaurant in the town. The controls for lighting and ac in the rooms are aggressively hi-tech and frequently difficult to fathom how to use. Also, the check in/out and concierge station is frequently vacant, which can be a problem. On balance, a good stay.

We read a blog which recommended Sperlonga as a beautiful seaside town on the coast south of Rome and it was not wrong! Our four night stay in Sperlonga was made even better by Ganimede Hotel. We had a standard room which included hire of the sunbeds on the beach (Lido Ganimede). The rooms were ideal, comfortable beds, a balcony,... More

The hotel, although not in the heart of the sea-side hotel strip or the historic center, was just a short walk away from both. It was convenient and quiet and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and very modern; the staff could not be more friendly and helpful; the morning buffet presented an array of choices, even on the... More

Sperlonga is really nice. Old city with very good restaurants. The hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast good for being italian. Beware that they chargé 15-25 euro per day if you use the hotels sunbeds at the beach. (without telling you before).

Excellent small hotel - understated luxury! Very restful property, a nice walk from town centre and the beach. Hot tub and minibar were unexpected bonuses and the price was very reasonable. After time in Rome, the Ganimede and Sperlonga were just what we needed. Hope that we can return some day. Check the non hotel umbrellas and sun lounges -... More

We stayed here for 3 nights after 3 nights in Rome to relax and wind down. We got a train from Rome to the train station in Sperlonga for 7 euros each on the day. It took around an hour and a half to get there. We waited for a bus for half an hour but I believe they only... More

The hotel itself is lovely with much potential The rooms were large and clean with a private outdoor area to many of them Breakfast was poor. It was as if the staff had been told to make economies and the staff themselves seemed demoralised. No bread rolls are served so there would generally be a queue to slice the one... More

Nice hotel, good location public areas very nice & clean. Breakfast was plentiful & tasty. Had we stayed here first or not part of a tour we would probably have said the rooms were excellent but the bar had been set by some previous excellent hotels (see other reviews) & as a result they were not quite as good ......
