Just minutes from the Rome airport - and a short walk to a historic fishing village where you can get excellent seafood. It's clean, safe, well-appointed, and with a charming young owner who will carry your bags to your room, fix your cappuccino, and drive the shuttle. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Pros: 1. Hotel is well staffed. Luca, in particular, is very thorough and good in delivering customer service. 2. Hotel is a 7 minute drive from Terminal 3. 3. Room is spacious, very clean and reasonably quiet. 4. Good for watching planes, balcony included. 5. Bathroom included towels, shampoo, etc. Plenty of hot water in shower. Water pressure in shower... Terrific location for a stay just minutes from FCO Airport. Avoid the anxiety of Rome rush hour traffic by making this your last night's stay before flying out from Fiumicino. The room was spotless, beautiful bathroom and amenities (like soaps, shower cap, hairdryer) that you don't always find in Italian B&Bs. Rooms are air conditioned (although I stayed in November,... Don't let the location or facade fool, Sleep and Fly is a gem of a find.A bit difficult to find, but we were given such a personal and warm welcome, it was soon forgotten. The rooms are immaculate and the newly renovated bathrooms are quite impressive. Located only a few minutes from the Rome airport it made getting to our... More

Sleep and Fly Rome is wonderful in every way. Memories of overpriced, cramped, unpleasant airport hotels can be left behind with this exceptional B&B, which provides a completely different experience. Pre-arrival information is fast and helpful, but the real surprise is on arrival, to be greeted in a completely warm and genuine way, and then discover the great rooms –... More

This was the best property I stayed in in Italy. It is an unexpected gem. The hosts were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and safe. The room I had was clean and modern and had a large bathroom. The host showed me all the local restaurants and made great recommendations. My bed was extremely comfortable and I slept... More

My husband and I needed a place to stay overnight while waiting for friends to fly in the next morning. This bed and breakfast was perfect. Location was just minutes from airport. We were greeted by the owner, Luca. He was wonderfully helpful! The inn has been completely renovated in a contemporary style. The rooms are small (as are most... More
