Basic budget hotel, good price for easy access to airport. The rooms were fine, if thin-walled. No frills but clean. The decor is funky, Wes Andersen would have no problem shooting a film there. My main review is more the staff and how helpful they were. I was stuck in Rome because of the Air France strike. Staff members were... More

This hotel is really great. It's really personalized with art and funky collectibles such as the cockpit of a pre WWII airplane and vintage motorcycles. The restaurant is also wonderful. The proprietor was so friendly and the food, prepared by his wife, was top notch- really quality pasta, fabulous appetizer dishes, great tiramusu cake and all around great flavors. It's... More

Do not book this hotel. There are so dirty and disgusting. Waste of money. Swimming pool is a fountain that is never cleaned. The dinning room is an old garage filled with old dirty motors. The hotel staff is very rued.

This hotel has a personality, with antiques that have been selected in fun everywhere! I'd love to go shopping with the person who has picked all these buys. The hotel is like staying in an old Italian house with paintings, statues and furniture everywhere. In the morning, someone helps you with breakfast and there is nice espresso in the patio... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as we were standby at Rome airport. The hotel staff helped us from the minute we arrived. The hotel is older but clean and their breakfast decent. There is a restaurant directly behind the hotel that served good food at a reasonable price. We were exhausted and it was so close to... More

Yes, it's an older chaotic uncoordinated hotel in a bad location set right next to the freeway. But don't let that scare you off from using for a night when you to be close to the Fiumicino Airport. The food in the restaurant is decent. I had a big bowl of pasta that totally hit the spot. The rooms are... More

We found ourselves at Hotel Chopin after a very stressful, desperate day. After missing our flight (never trust a bus to get you to the airport from Rome, no matter how many hours before your flight you get on it!! but that's another review...) we were told there was no way out of Italy until the following day. After a... More

The hotel was decent. It was a decent price but the location is difficult if you want to visit the center of Rome. The front desk is helpful and the restaurant located next door is convenient. The rooms were clean a good size. It is comfortable but not the most luxurious hotel. Certainty a good hotel if you want to... More

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. The hotel included two separate buildings, one slightly more creepy then the other. We chose to stay in the building that had the breakfast room and the check in office because it seemed safer then the one in the alley way behind. The rooms,... More
