the hotel is nice and located 15 minutes by car from the airport, offering a shuttle for 6 euro, rooms are nice, breakfast is good with a choice of cold and hot dishes - eggs, there is a nice swimming pool

This hotel is in a great location from the airport. We arrived late at night on our flight so it was nice not to have to drive very far. The staff we all very friendly and helpful! They even gave us some city maps of Rome to visit the tourist destinations. Breakfast was delicious! The Shuttle was quick and on... More

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The location is convenient if you can only stay around the airport for a day or so. Although the shuttle being only available after 1pm makes any early arrival inconvenient. The restaurant of the hotel is adequate, although the food is mediocre. But it is convenient if you don't want to leave the... More

This is a place where you may spend a night before your flight next day, The reception staff is professional and polite. The room is good ,but cleanliness not perfect. .Pricing is good. What does not fit in this picture is the restaurant. The food quality may be all right, but pricing is not. Moreover the waiters seem to try... More

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel, located near the FCO Rome airport, although the hotel is far enough away that you need to take a shuttle or cab to get there. Walking is really not an option. The hotel does offer a convenient, reasonably priced shuttle service (6 Euro each person one way), much cheaper than local... More

The is a reasonable priced hotel, with a nice lobby but it did not meet my expectations. Was here one night after a long flight before joining group in Rome. Not sure why this hotel is rated so high, I would rate the rooms at this hotel as 2 starts. The Good: - The price is reasonable - The lobby... More

Clean, modern, esthetically pleasing, and reasonably priced. The front desk service was friendly and the restaurant served fairly good food. Location is far from Rome but close to the airport, which is why we stayed overnight, as we needed to get to the airport the next morning. We have found that many places/service, not just Golden Tulip, will answer your... More

A reasonable priced hotel around the Rome international airport. The airport shuttle service is not free as provided by the other hotels. We stayed in a room that is small but seems to be renovated recently. The beds are very comfortable and firm (gel memory mattress?) enough for my taste, especially after sitting in an airplane for 10 hours. The... More

I was pleasantly surprised by the Golden Tulip, especially since it was suspiciously inexpensive. My daughter and I had an early flight the next morning, and we were very happy with the accommodations. The shuttle service was not included but reasonable, and much more convenient than a taxi. I would definitely return.

What a surprise at the end of a four weeks European vacation to stay at The Golden Tulip hotel at FCO airport, if only for one night. Just sheer quality, King size beds, Balcony, Banquet style breakfast compared to some meagre offerings we had endured. Huge rooms and Bathroom facilities. All have balconies. Set in picturesque grounds and a restaurant... More
