Excellent very clean/modern rooms with plenty of space, new furnishings and great service from Frederico! Easy pick-up from airport & quick ride to this very quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed reading/snacking for a quiet afternoon on a well furnished front porch overlooking a pretty garden. Wanting to get some exercise. we walked, along a very busy street, to a great... More

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very accessible to the airport with the shuttle service, which makes life so much easier. Lovely clean room, delicious breakfast and Federico, the owner is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended. I would stay here again for sure.

This was an amazing villa which was such a hidden gem. It would have to be the most cleanliness villa with manicured gardens and a beautiful breakfast. My compliments to Frederico who went out of his way to please you without a worry. I had a 9 hour delay for my flight to Rome and emailing back and forth to... More

A nice, clean, wonderfully decorated B&B. Our host went out of his way to accommodate my needs both on the premises, including complimentary WiFi and breakfast, as well as free ground transportation to and from FCO. Oh, and the restaurant next door ... the homemade tiramisu is to die for. See you next year Frederico!

We flew into Rome late in the evening and had booked a room at Villa Rosita. Frederico picked us up at the airport, even though we forgot to let him know we needed transportation to Villa Rosita. We actually had a small apartment, with a living room and kitchen along with the bedroom and bathroom. We went to the restaurant... More

We needed a place to stay one night close to airport before our flight back home. We found this on line and it was a very pleasant surprise. Very cute .Only two miles from airport and we got a free ride to airport in the morning . Very clean. Breakfast was included. There are restaurants within walking distance . Would... More

We needed a place by the airport for our last 1/2 day in Rome after a week in Sardinia. We stayed overnight with a morning scoot to the airport. The Rosita was very nice. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was great, wonderful cappuccino. Federico very attentive and took us to the airport. We had nice pizza at a close-by working-class restaurant... More

We were picked up just before midnight and dropped back at the airport by Federico who runs his small hotel beautifully. Immaculately clean, beautifully tended grounds and generally great service. The nicest airport stop, off you could want, a perfect start to an Italian break. Federico is a charming host.

Frederico is the heart of this place.I can't think of any hotel proprietor who has tried harder to please. If you give him a little notice of when you are arriving at the airport, he will be there to pick you up. And, of course, he will run you out to catch your flight. Our room was clean, spacious and... We stayed at the Villa Rosita near Fiumicino Airport outside of Rome during our recent Italian trip. Unfortunately, our stay was brief because this was a fantastic place. Frederico met us at the airport at the agreed upon time and drove us 10 minutes to his place. It was so late and we were so tired that we didn't have... More
