My wife, daughter and I had an early morning flight back to the states, and wanted to be near the airport. The man at the desk spoke limited English, but another man sitting in the lobby helped translate. Through the man helping translate, we set up our pick up time for transfer to the airport the next morning. Both gentlemen... More

My wife and I spent our last night of a 2-week stay in Italy at this hotel. Had no problem communicating with the front desk even though he spoke little English and I speak little Italian. If cleanliness is a big deal to you, this place was spotless. Nice, although small room with a bathroom. Plenty of places to eat... More

We stayed here last night. I booked the hotel knowing it had a nice restaurant and looking forward to eating here after a long day. The front desk speaks no English and so check in was a little difficult. I asked about dinner and more or less thought the restaurant did not serve dinner. We were directed around the corner... Very disappointing.. We booked a double with sea view and balcony as advertised on booking .com but got there to be told there was no sea view and the room wasn't available.. I said but I booked it as an available room 4 months ago and the reply was that the guest given the room booked it seven months ago.... More

Nice hotel, small but functional and clean. No issues with noise as some others have posted. Breakfast was great. TV and wifi, tea/coffee in room. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner but a busy little area with quite a few places near by. Two issues - despite the very funky green bath, it wasn't great to have a shower... More

L'albergo Al Porticciolo was a great place to stay before leaving Rome the next morning. It is a little bit difficult to find (about 10 minutes away from the airport), but there is an airport shuttle that will take you to the airport for only 6 Euros. The staff was very friendly upon our arrival and the room was absolutely... More

Conveniently located within 7 minutes drive from Fumicino airport, although it may be tough to find a taxi (don't forget there is a fixed price of 25e). Really nice ambience, certain details make this hotel more charming (perfumed sticks, monogrammed towels). The reception is willing to arrange a taxi for the return to the airport, this time with a price... More

We had a connecting flight continuing the next day from Rome Fumincino airport, so we had to find a hotel convenient to the airport to stay for a night. While airport hotels are convenient they often lack character and charm while tacking on a hefty bill for their location. So after finding this hotel highly recommended on trip advisor we... More

We wanted a place close to the water and the airport....and we got both of those with this little place. What we did not count on was the traffic!!!!! Some of the cabbies refuse to even go there without a surcharge as it is so brutal. We arrived around 3 to drop off our bags then take the rental car... More

Although we were here just one night, we would certainly return again. The hotel is very clean. The management is friendly and helpful. The breakfast of homemade cakes and made to order coffees was delicious. It was just 15 Euros to the airport by taxi, which the front desk arranged for us. We were in room #10 up the stairs... More
