I visited the Ritzenhof Hotel with my husband for my Birthday. We spent 3 nights and 4 wonderful days with unlimited access to their 5* spa & gym facilities with all meals inclusive. It was our first visit to Austria and this hotel and it's location showed Austria off as a great place to relax, unwind and explore. The staff... More

This is a wonderful hotel, with thoughtful staff, lovely food, an incredible spa and beautiful bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, the owners have thought of every need, we felt totally pampered during our recent week's skiing holiday. Daily return transfers are offered from the hotel to either Leogang or Maria Alm, both lovely ski areas (although at the moment they... More

I have stayed at Ritzenhof with my partner for one week and we had an excellent time there. Coming back from skiing, enjoying coffee or tea and a variety of cakes, dip into the pool and relax in one of the different types of saunas was just perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any kind of request was... More

The Ritzenhof has a lakeside location and we stayed there for 2 nights and 2 days skiing. The rooms are large and well equipped, but the wifi (offered free throughout the hotel) is non existent in the newer building. I had to go to reception in order to be able to log on. The heating in the room was stuck... More

We enjoyed a three night stay as part of an excellent spa package which the hotel put together for us. As with the great majority of hotels in Austria, the recently upgraded rooms are beautifully clean and modern. Our room had the additional benefit of a lake view. But the real stand out things that make a stay here so... More

Excellent food, reasonably priced wine and perfect service from check-in to departure. We had a Panoramic suite as a bit of a treat. Look on the website, they really are fabulous. The location is great, looking right over the lake. Spa is good too. Overall, you can't go wrong.

I have returned once again to the amazing Hotel Ritzenhof in the city of Saalfelden. This boutique hotel is a gem and a well hidden treasure from it's location, quality of service and the culinary delights from chef Peter. The spa services and the spa in general provided me with great relaxation. The staff is friendly and professonal, the breakfast... More

We have just returned from a 10 days holiday in Saalfelden. Nice city, excellent hotel. All staff is incredible helpful and kind. And they smile all the time. Many thank Tina for helping us to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We had lake view rooms, very spacious, clean and well equipped. Food was very nice, even I have a special diet... More
