Just returned from 11 nights all inclusive at this hotel. It is hard to find fault. Our room was fine, the food varied and extensive, the staff were amazing. Lovely reception and pool area...food good drinks fine..staff great..but hotel is let down by the bedrooms..they aren't what you see on the website...beige walls ,tiled floor(which I didn't mind)air con needs renewing,.. bedrooms disappointing for a supposed 4star hotel....and as an aside Heraklion airport was a shambles,which ruined the end of the holiday...
