We decided, after our first stay, to come back on our way back after our holiday in france, which was 11th march. A peaceful and welcoming stay after travelling through France from the Tarn, the hotel was pleasantly filling up compared to our first stay there and we treated ourselves to a fabulous meal in the colonial restaurant. We had... More

The Fleuray is a wonderful quiet place to stay. We stayed one night on our way to the west coast. A warm welcome by the (bilingual) owner is the first thing to happen the moment you arrive. Then you are accompanied through the garden to your room, nearly all room have a little terrace. We had the suite on the... More

We loved our stay, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we received a warm welcome and were shown to our room which was away from the main hotel. The room was large and comfortable, well decorated. Good size bathroom with an excellent shower. The room had a terrace which you could see over the fields. My... More

This was the last stop on our mini tour of France, and what a fantastic experience. A very warm welcome from the Newington family, a beautiful and comfortable room and a charming lounge. Also a tennis court where we could work off the excellent food, from a very interesting menu. The breakfast was also top notch with choices of breads, great... More

Once we arrived in Paris, picked up our car, we drove about half way for our one night stay at Le Fleuray Hotel and Restaurant, because we were heading south to the Dorgogne region to bike with friends. We loved being in the country, and it's a very short distance to the town of Amboise with all of the other... More

Me and my husband have been there the day of my birthday last week. It was a last minute booking and the guy at the reception was extremely nice and friendly and he gave us a last minute room with a discounted rate. The garden view room was nice, basic but with a comfortable bed. Dinner was not nice: I... More

This place is very child unfriendly and not suitable for families with small children. The main waiter in the restaurant was very stressed and treated us very rude when we were 20 minutes late for our reservation (this might happen with small kids). The atmosphere in the restaurant is very stressed and too chique to eat with kids and there... More

Firstly we were shocked to read this and are very sorry that you were disappointed in any way. This individual case is not usual as can be seen from all the positive reviews on this site ( we were also awarded the Trip Advisor Travellers Choice for Families). This summer as always we welcomed many families with babies and children of... More

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our summer holiday driving tour of France. We were in a family suite which is probably the best laid out family suite I have ever stayed in - two big bedrooms, both with bathrooms but the only exit being out of the main bedroom. The kids had plenty of space. The... More

Firstly the accommodation: think English Country House but in the middle of French countryside. The rooms are a good size, they are immaculately prepared, little touches such as the bottle of water are really welcome. There are no minibars nor tea making equipment - that's fine. Those rooms in the old house have more character, but the family and disabled... More

This hotel was a great find. Restaurant was first class - absolutely delicious food and great service. Rooms were extremely comfortable, clean etc. A very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. Several families with very well behaved children staying at the hotel. We didn't use the facilites as only staying for one night but the pool, tennis court and hot tub... More
