Great location. Stayed for 8 nites and the hotel has the train station below with quick access to the airport and Namba and other train stations connecting to Osaka. The hotel staff is friendly but their English skills are not the greatest. My only complaint were the hard pillows. I called the front desk and they had a very hard... more

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of our tour to Osaka. Overall, not to shabby. Room was clean but bathroom had a bit of an odor from the trap moisture. Pillows were firm and comfortable so were the beds. Breakfast buffet was average. Will I come back to this hotel? Maybe. more

Just returned from a tour of Japan and stayed at this hotel the fourth night. Modern, quiet and clean hotel. Since this was included in tour package, I am unable to comment on price. Probably would stay here again. more
