we had an OK experience here. the room was a bit musty, breakfast was good. Night staff was nice, day staff so so. The real downer was being overcharged $25 for a few items of laundry! Compared to other hotels, the place was old and expensive.

I love hip boutique hotels and that's exactly what I got at Regines. Good design, light, and clean. One block from top restaurants, bars, social scene of Manizales. Will be a regular when stopping by on business trips. Although normal for the region the attention given by the staff was excellent.

These are words that come to mind. The rooms are fine, the place is clean and the location is close to the center of town. However, I felt this hotel was missing character or anything special. It seems to be geared toward Colombian couples or business travelers. If they made more of an effort to give guidance to foreign travelers,... More

Fernando was a champion, lots of useful information and assisted with tour bookings, very helpful! All this at what I considered to be an average rate. But... More

An okay hotel in terms of the price for room - good size room, plenty of hot water, free Internet, friendly staff and okay breakfast. Reason for the poor review - the noise from the reception area was so loud - we could hear the TV as if it was in our own room - the room itself was really... More

Small hotel, but I loved it! Rooms are nice, located at the back, so very very quiet. They have a locker and I nice bathroom. The hotel is located in a nice part of town, very near plaza Cable. Good breakfast. Pais 65,- dollar per room during feria de Manizales.

Although this is a small hotel, our room was really big, and had all of the features that you would expect from a much bigger hotel. Really comfortable, really clean, good quality linens etc. Breakfast was very good for both food and service. The helpful staff were able to give us lots of advice and arrange a trip to the... More
