Stayed at the hotel for a week, it was clean and affordable. The best part is the restaurant. One, if not THE best in the south of the island. Everytying is a treat. Keep some space for the desserts !! the Chocolate Fondants or the Tiramisu are the very best you'll ever taste. There is always activity at the bar... more

A small, intimate establishment, the Kimatrai staff proved to be the selling point of this hotel. There was construction going on during our stay, so the exterior was not the best thing to look at. I was planning on staying at the Kimatrai based on their website but once we arrived and I looked around, we went somewhere else. This place is in a shady area with little shacks right outside the apartment doors. There is a huge, messy construction project all over the hotel and it overlooks this gross shipyard.
