Port Stanley is a quaint little village. The Inn is lovely. The guest room was spotless, beautifully decorated with a Queen bed and sitting area. The flat screen TV could be viewed from bed or turned to view in sitting area. I loved the nice tub to soak in. We spent two nights at the inn. We went with a... More

The hotel was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast (included) was excellent and adequate to start the day. Rooms a bit old fashioned, but that was to be expected since this hotel IS an old home. Good location and an easy walk to Little Beach or to the main beach. Lots of restaurants in Port Stanley so you don't have... More

We booked into the B&B for one night to visit the Port Stanley area which had been recommended to us. The Inn is an older establishment that is getting very dated and due for some sprucing up. We did end up with a good sized room on the second floor accessed by a long flight of stairs (no elevator evident).... More

Took two of my daughters for an overnight to Port Stanley (we had never been before) and settled on dining at the Kettle Creek Inn - it had been recommended to me by a work colleague. I'm glad we took up her recommend, our meal that evening was excellent. We were there on a Wednesday evening and the place was... More

So very pleased that you enjoy your visit to the inn. The front porch is the perfect people watching place. I have passed your advice to the chef. Stay posted or better yet come back so you can see if he has listened. I agree with your recommendation. Jean More

We booked online and then were called and told they only had a more expensive room left. We refused to accept this and were treated rather rudely. After some time they called back and all was settled. Not an auspicious beginning.... But in all fairness the room we had was lovely. The bed was awesome and the bedding super. I... More

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am most curious- at our inn you cannot book on-line. You probably booked through Booking.com since they have such a high presence on the internet & we have been told by guests that they thought they were dealing directly with us. What can happen is that someone can book through Bookin.com;... More

We had fond memories of our first stay at the Kettle Creek Inn about 20 years ago, so while on a tour of Lake Erie this July, we decided to stay there for a night. We took the C package (dinner included) and by chance had the same room (Designer's Suite) that we had earlier. The layout is the same... More

We certainly lost all our brownie points with this visit. I think the main things I wish to address are that we have definitely not lost our passion for the hospitality within our inn. Secondly, I am concerned that where would be issues of Q-tips & coffee maker not clean. We are a member of Ontario's Finest Inns. As such... More

While we were touring Southern Ontario we came across this delightful Inn. Our hosts were most helpful and friendly. The rooms feature local artists, are most comfortable and very clean. A beautiful setting with magnificent gardens is a great spot for tea or coffee in the morning. We were so impressed we stayed on our way home 2 days later.

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for 1 night. We had rooms in a separate building behind the main inn. Our room (not a suite) was large with plenty of room to seat 4 for drinks before dinner. There was a couch, 2 chairs a desk, TV and a queen size bed. The bed was fine... More

The Kettle Creek Inn was very easy to find and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. This was our first visit to the area and the town, The innkeeper, Jean, made us feel at ease immediately. She made sure we had a sense of the "walkability" of the town. The room we had was quiet, the... More

Thank you for coming to the Kettle Creek Inn. We are pleased that you enjoyed the village & the inn. We do strive to have customers not wait for their meals but food done from scratch does not always lend itself to quick delivery times especially when it is busy. That doesn't mean we can give up on trying. Love... More

My husband and I went away for our anniversary and after staying a few days at Nottawasaga Resort, we decided to stop for a couple of nights in Port Stanley. Our choice was Kettle Creek Inn. We arrived early evening and enjoyed an excellent dinner in the gazebo. It was tasty and the plated presentation was attractive. The service was... More

Thank you for your comments. I'm very pleased that you enjoyed our village and the dining at the inn. A few years ago we considered making two of the rooms upstairs into suites but quickly realized that would not be a good move because of families wanting 2 beds. We would have been happy to have you look at some... More
