We stayed one night here and it was lovely. We had a beautiful, clean, south facing room. We woke up to brilliant sunshine and enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast. Our hosts were friendly and told us not to rush.Carrbridge is a gorgeous village and the pub is conveniently next door!!

We have just stayed here for a night whilst touring Scotland on our Motorbikes. We were very warmly welcomed, and given safe parking for our bikes. The hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was really comfortable, and the TV lounge was also really comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was stunning, and we would strongly recommend this guest house to... More

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Craigellachie House. James and Maria are the new proprietors and were the perfect hosts making us feel welcome and at home. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast excellent; especially the Highland Full Scottish Breakfast. Carrbridge is a lovely peaceful and friendly village with a famous packhorse bridge and... More

Maria and James have taken over this B & B recently - and they have pulled out all the stops. It would be difficult to find a warmer welcome - certainly not a better breakfast - anywhere. And I think I would know, having stayed away from home several nights a month for business and pleasure over some 30 years.... More

From the very warm welcome to the comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. This was excellent Bed and Breakfast accommodation. The breakfast had plenty choice and variety and was one of the best we have ever had. We were staying for one night and would gladly return.

We stayed at the Craigellachie Guest House for one night during our trip around Scotland and had a wonderful time. Carrbridge was the perfect location for us to stay as it is a quiet and quaint little village which is only a 10 min drive from Aviemore and 20 min drive to the Cairngorm Mountain range. We received a warm... More

We were booked in through VisitScotland and felt that we had been very lucky. Carrbridge is a lovely, peaceful village a few minutes from the much busier and less attractive Aviemore. The B&B is on the main road but this is not busy. There were several options for eating but we went to the pub right next door which was... More
