We have just returned from a night in theis delightful b&b, and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The location was stunning, and the b&b sympathetically decorated and furnished. Everything was spotless, and the welcome was warm & friendly with tea and homemade cakes produced on our arrival. As for the bed - supremely comfortable and absolutely huge! Cari's... More

We stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast as we were visiting friends for a 50th birthday party. Peter and Cari were incredibly hospitable hosts and Peter even drove us to the party! We were slightly apprehensive before we arrived having stayed in some rather average places previously but were delighted to find the accommodation was perfect. Very comfortable and... More

We picked this B&B as we were given some vouchers for which this accommodation is listed and it is near places we wanted to visit. It turned out to be a very lucky choice. Everything about the rooms is the of best quality, just as I would choose. The two rooms are reached through a comfortable lounge and dining a... More

We stayed for four nights and we absolutely loved everything about the stay, location is superb, stunning scenery and very quiet. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you can need provided. We enjoyed the living space which is beautifully furnished and decorated, with breakfasts always thoroughly enjoyable. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay and couldnt... What a delightful experience. The B&B is at the rear of the main house and is a beautifully converted barn with it's own parking. My wife and I stayed at Manor Barn for two nights while we attended a Wedding in Stourpaine - the next village. We were warmly welcomed by Cari, our hostess as we got out of the... More

We took both rooms for a special break with some friends recently Quite isolated but with superb walks & some reasonable pubs/restaurants close by. The option of taking both rooms means you have the whole place to yourself, frequently staying in quality B&B's we questioned how it may have been if we had shared with an unknown couple as the... Stayed at Manor Barn only one evening this past November, but it was outstanding! Cari Sorby was a gracious hostess and very helpful in recommending and reserving a wonderful place for dinner. Our bedroom was large and comfortable, with all the amenities. Our companion couple also enjoyed the Manor Barn immensely. Very lovely common sitting room and the English breakfast... More

Manor Barn B&B must be the best B&B I have ever stayed in. It is quite simply beautiful. If you book a stay here you will not be dissapointed, we are already planning a repeat visit. The B&B part of this property is a seperate annexe so you get a lounge/dining room 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite & use of... More

I stayed at Manor Barn with my family for 5 nights in June 2012 and we found everything was exceptional and would recommend a detour to stay at this charming location.Cari our hostess looked after us marvellously and nothing was too much trouble. In addition to a large bedroom there is a large drawing room/ dining room exclusively for guests.... More
