Hmn. Where to begin? When you're an unmarried couple traveling in Southeastern Turkey, finding a place to stay can be difficult as many places won't put you up. We stayed at this place on the recommendation that it was one of the only places in Sanliurfa that would give us a room.
The management was friendly, for sure. They took our bags up for us, offered us tea, and held our bags behind the desk for ten hours after we'd checked out as our flight left late in the evening.
The rooms were pretty bad. I hate to write it, but they were...in need of a major cleaning. We did have clean sheets, but the carpet was creepy and dirty. They leave sandals in the rooms for guests - but they are similar to shower shoes used by everyone before. The bathroom was divided in two - one half on one side of the room with a toilet and sink. The other half on the other side of the room with a shower. None of it seemed clean. We were relieved to leave - sadly. I don't recommend it.
