This hotel defines unfriendly, and seems to have invented a completely unique approach as how NOT to deal with customers. Management has no clue about customer satisfaction and lacks a total understanding on what it takes to keep customers happy. Avoid this hotel at all cost. more

Good location, nearby the sea. Breakfast was nicely, divers and tastfull. But... our room and the badroom were very small and old. The kleening was poor (there was sand on the bed, hairs in the badroom, etc). The rooms definitely need to be refreshed, they are old-fashioned. They overall look poorly. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Wonderful location. Beautiful beach. Poor architecture. The chef should pursue a career in an entirely different direction. Understaffed. Customer orientation not up to par. Nice Beach Bar. Sadly: not nearly enough value for money. more
