Very dissapointed with the Hotel!!!

Very bad value for money and staff were extremely rude from check-in until check-out!

Only hotel in veendam and they use this strong market position to the fullest as no care is given to the individual guest! What a dissapointment and would not recommend this hotel to anyone! more
