Het Volle Leven servers more than excellent vegetarian (and vegan on request) food. No meat replacers but honest, very tasty and beautiful dishes.The owner/cook uses only fresh produces, part of them even home grown. As a proper Inn you can also book a room. Very nice hotel with personal touch, well equipped room (but no TV), superb breakfast and dinner. Do use opportunity to have dinner here. You will have a surprisingly original and tasteful vegetarian menu. The surroundings of this hotel are beautiful and ideal for walking and cycling hikes.

The food is all vegetarion and superb. We had the special easter menu, to give you an idea the dinner started with an amuse of winter purslane and tarragon, next a carpaccio of yellow beet with basil oil, followed by a cress soup - you get the picture. Each dish was very tasty. A choice of decent wines is available.... More
