This is a clean, pleasant budget hotel. It's about a 7 minute walk from the train station, in the opposite direction from most of the areas of town of interest to most tourists. It has showers and sinks in the rooms and two shared toilets on each floor. It was clean and quiet, with very friendly management, free wifi (only usable in the lobby) and a decent continental breakfast included in the room charge. My single room was very small, with a bunk size bed with a comforter and no top sheet, and a single very soft, thin pillow. Most of the time I was there the weather was cold and rainy, so the room was comfortable, but when it got hot I regretted the lack of air conditioning.

Other accommodations in the vicinity range from several three and four star hotels (for four times the cost) to a youth hostel. This is somewhere in the middle, but closer to the latter.
